SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy aims to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely. We ship nationwide using reliable carriers The delivery time varies depending on the location and the shipping method chosen. If have any questions about the status of your order, our team is available to assist you. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Skincare and makeup products must be sealed, and all other items must be unused.

  • Defective products are accepted in any condition.

  • The store covers shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is requested within 7 days. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive the returned product.
